We work with the newsletter distribution platform “MailChimp” to manage our newsletter subscriber list. MailChimp stores the subscribers’ data on its servers in the USA and is obliged to ensure their IT and data security on the basis of a data processing addendum with us. MailChimp uses the information of our subscribers exclusively to send the newsletter on our behalf. MailChimp may not write to our subscribers itself and does not pass on your data to third parties. We have made an opt-out declaration to ensure that MailChimp does not use our subscribers’ data for its own analysis purposes. MailChimp is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Shield Framework and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Shield Framework. For more information, please refer to MailChimp ‘s privacy policy and your options regarding data processing and deletion by MailChimp.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data by us is mainly Art. 13 para. 1 of the Data Protection Act (DSG) (consent of the data subject) and Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a DSG (in direct connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract).
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for your membership of the network and the delivery of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the network and thus also from the newsletter at any time and/or request that we irrevocably delete your data.

We only disclose data to our service partners to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.
